WHAT TO WEAR WHEN YOU DON’T FEEL LIKE TRYING
Good morning!
Grab your coffee and get ready for your daily fashion bite.
The number of excuses we can make for an outfit like this is endless.
I’m tired.
I don’t even know where to start.
I’m busy.
I got my period.
I have bad days, better days, and really good days like everyone. But I’ve discovered I don’t have to sacrifice comfort to look put together.
Make small but significant shifts.
I’m going to swap the leggings for pants that feel like leggings.
Ok, honest talk about these pants. Everything I’ve seen online doesn’t really express how comfortable they are. They are an investment, and I normally wouldn’t be this adamant, but they’re worth it.
Somehow they feel like yoga pants, look like regular pants, and have a barrel shape, which is much more modern than leggings. They’re supposed to be wrinkle-free, so they’re great for packing, but don’t expect them to be completely wrinkle-free.
But holy guacamole, they are good.

The Aritzia dupe — HERE (this one feels more like actual pants but have the shape)
The Amazon dupe — HERE
If you can, go for the original — HERE.
Moving on…
A Pima cotton tee instead of a hoodie is going to give you the comfort you need. This one is slightly oversized on me, which helps.
The accessories will do the talking. You can add anything that reflects your personality since this look is a strong base.
I’m adding classic sunglasses.
The French blurry lipstick (I have a code for this one BONNIEVFR15).
And a touch of perfume (this one is edgy) HERE.
Kitten heels (very comfortable for me), but you can always do loafers or sneakers.
For the purse, I’m keeping it small….speaking of bags, while this one I got years ago, you know I’m part of the Borrow Club. This month they sent me a Goyard. Here’s a pic.
I have a code for your first month free. If you’ve ever considered renting a luxury bag, it’s a smart way to test before you buy, refresh your look for spring, or elevate a special occasion.
Code: BONNIEK to get your first month free.
Alright, this is the final look.
Before and after.
Quick Tip.
To increase the chances of dressing like the version of you you’re stepping into, move the pieces you don’t want to wear to the back of your closet. Bring the ones you want to wear forward.
What you wear is often driven by convenience. The more accessible something is, the more likely you are to reach for it.
